Had my rear windows leak. It was a warranty issue. I called Bayview about the leak, an appointment was set up to find out why the window was leaking. My truck was in four days later to be looked at. They had to order the whole rear window which was in within the week and was replaced. I find that extremely quick, the staff was very pleasant. I would recommend Bayview for services and sales, my wife bought her Jeep from Bayview and sales personnel where also helpful and pleasant.
